	Appointments for Pressure Canner Dial Gauge Testing January 4th, 2010 @ 8:00 AM - December 31st, 2010 @ 5:00 PM Concord, NC
	Prior to dropping by, appointments must be made by calling 704 920-3310 for Pam Outen, Extension Agent, to test pressure canner dial gauges at the N.C. Cooperative Extension-Cabarrus County Center, 715 Cabarrus Avenue-West, Concord. Only the canner lid and dial gauge are needed for the 10 minute testing. No cost. Do not have to be a Cabarrus County resident. In addition, food preservation information and recipes are available. Event Location N.C.
