	Rain barrel construction and storm water managment workshop September 25th, 2007 @ 9:30 AM Harkers Island, NC
	Learn about storm water management through low impact development and storm water Best Management Practices (BMPs), see a rain garden under construction, then build and take home your own rain barrel, complete with spigot! There will be a fee of $15.00 to cover costs of materials for those taking home a rain barrel. Enrollment is limited, call 222-6359 to register.
